Yes! Every item is handmade by me in Mudgee NSW. From resin keepsakes to paracord collars and keyrings, each piece is crafted with care and love.

If you're ordering a custom item using a photo, name, or design idea, I recommend getting in touch first so we can plan it together. I’m happy to send photo updates during the making process too—just tick the box at checkout or leave your contact details.

Turnaround is usually up to 1–2 weeks, depending on the item and current order volume. Some ready-made items may ship sooner. I always post your entire order together once everything is ready.

Absolutely! Many of my products are made to order and fully customisable. Just leave your colour choices or personalisation details in the notes at checkout—or message me if you'd like to chat through your ideas!

Yes! I ship Australia-wide via Aus Post and you’ll receive tracking details once your order has shipped. Unfortunately, I don't currently offer international shipping.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of my products, I don’t accept returns for change of mind, especially for personalised items.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days with a photo and I’ll do my best to help and assist with Australia Post.

Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, or natural variations in materials. I do my best to photograph products clearly, but handmade means each item is unique!
